The ISO 9001:2000 Standard requires an integrated, holistic approach to business requirements, including indicators such as CpK/PpK (if appropriate), reject and return rates and on-time delivery performance. The ISO 9001:2000 standard also requires established processes such as production and shutdown scheduling, lot traceability, outsourcing and capacity planning to support the overall business result. Since we produce many products in many locations, it is not feasible to report specific details in a survey. However, we welcome the opportunity to discuss any concerns or questions within the scope of a Customer-Supplier requirement dialog.
