BMS’ Mike Dvorchak Elected Secretary of RadTech Board

RadTech, the Association for Ultra Violet (UV) and Electron Beam (EB) Technology, recently welcomed a new president and board members. Among the new members was Mike Dvorchak, Strategic Technology Manager UV Cure Oligomers & PUDs Government Programs, elected secretary of the board.

"Bayer MaterialScience is a leader in UV coating technologies with our oligomers and polyurethane dispersions, so I’m honored to be representing our company on the RadTech Board," said Dvorchak. "I also look forward to playing an active role in promoting the economic and sustainable benefits of UV/EB technology, which is one of the fastest-growing segments in the paint and coatings industry."

Dvorchak has been a Radtech board member for the last two years, also serving as co-chair for the Radtech Transportation Focus Group. In May 2008, he was named an "Emerging Technology Award Winner" by RadTech for his groundbreaking work in UV-cured aerospace material. This February, Dvorchak will present two technical papers related to the aerospace industry at UV/EB West 2009.
