The use of softer, more
supple grades of the Baytec® SPR system in place of vinyl fabric
for the manufacturing of molded seating offers you greater design
and production flexibilities.
The foams can be completely enclosed in a tough, puncture-resistant
membrane, while providing excellent appearance and comfort. Unlike
some vinyls that crack when exposed to cold temperatures, Baytec®
SPR system surfaces stay flexible even down to –40° C.
The Baytec® SPR system can also be used as a substitute for
vinyl in flexible foam seating applications, such as these sample
recreational boatng seats.
