Commercial metal or spray
polyurethane foam (SPF) built-up roofs are subject to stresses caused
by rain, snow, fluctuating temperatures and changing mechanical
loads. A tough, elastic, and weather-resistant coating of the Baytec®
SPR spray polyurethane system provides long-lasting protection for
both pitched and flat roofs. The elastomeric system stretches with
the roof’s movement to effectively bridge joints or cracks.
At the same time, the system's high permeability to water vapor
prevents moisture from building up in the roof structure. The exceptional
flexibility of Baytec® SPR spray polyurethane systems at both
high and low temperatures is a further advantage for stairways,
parking structures and terracing, which are exposed to fluctuating
temperatures and thermal movement.
The Baytec® SPR system provides long-lasting protection for
both pitched and flat roofs. Areas that are particularly at
risk, such as corners and edges, are protected longer
when sealed with Baytec® SPR spray polyurethanes.
