Finishing

Thermoformed plastic surfaces occasionally may require painting and/or repair due to abrasion or accidental scratching of the surface.  This section reviews painting and repairing of parts formed with Bayblend ET1000 resin.

It is suggested that parts be clean and dust-free for a good finish appearance.  It is also important to look at the heat resistance properties of the material before selecting a finishing technique.
